UHT treatment ensures zero microbial activation, while preserving the maximum flavour, taste and nutritional value of milk. The aseptic packaging system protects the milk from air and light and guarantees a long shelf life of 180 days without refrigeration.
Amul Gold Homogenised Standardised Milk is Amul's brand of long life standardised milk. Amul Gold with 4.5% fat is ideal for making sweet dishes (including traditional Indian sweets such as kheer, payasam amongst others) and for setting curds. It is also ideal for drinking straight from the pack; kids and adolescents simply love its creamy taste.
