Product Description

  • Available in a 500 g pack, of 8 large pieces, rasmalai comes in a convenient and easy to use sealed tray, in an attractive carton. Amul maintains its promise of good quality product at a reasonable rate.
  • The product is to be stored at -18° C and needs to be thawed before consumption. Few ways of thawing rasmalai are:
  • Place the sealed tray in hot water, with water level lower than the top surface, for 10 minutes. Slowly mix the contents of the tray by gently shaking it so as to uniformly distribute the melted milky syrup.OR Place tray for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.OR Open seal and place the tray in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes. Let the tray stand for 10 minutes. Defrost again for 1-2 minutes if required.
